The economic impact of distribution centers on a community.
This 1,700 acre world-class inland port is located in Edgerton, Kansas just south of Kansas City anchored by the BNSF intermodal facility. Since construction began in 2012; LPKC has grown to over 14 million square feet of industrial space. This central hub is home to numerous global brands like Amazon, Kubota, Jet.com and many more.
This development has brought thousands of jobs to this small community and has generated new revenue for the regional economy.
