Nathaniel Hagedorn

Nathaniel Hagedorn

Founder / Chief Executive Officer

With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Nathaniel is responsible for the overall strategy of the company and is principally focused on that NorthPoint Development continues to live into our Core Values, maintains the unique culture we have created for our team members, and supports the leadership teams running the various business units. 

Nathaniel has helped raise in excess of $16.5B in capital over the last eight years for our various real estate investments. To date, our firm has developed and managed in excess of 169.4+ million square feet of commercial space and over 5,900 apartments. The network of companies has grown to eleven companies, including a real estate development and management company, an international logistics company, and a warehouse and supply chain integration company. 

Chad Meyer

With 23 years of industrial engineering and construction experience, Chad is responsible for the general oversight and growth of development, brownfield redevelopment, and design-build industrial construction for NorthPoint Development projects nationwide.

Kelly Clark

Kelly Clark

Founding Partner / Chief Operating Officer

With over 22 years of asset management, business development, and operations experience, Kelly is responsible for providing leadership, management, and vision to ensure that the business has effective people, operational controls, and administrative and reporting capabilities. 

Kelly is a CAPS designate through the National Apartment Association and a Lyceum Program graduate. Kelly actively serves on the Board of Directors as the past president and co-chair of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee for the Apartment Association of Kansas City.

Mark Pomerenke

Mark Pomerenke

Founding Partner / Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Investment Officer, Mark oversees NorthPoint Development’s investment activity, develops and structures capital relationships, and evaluates new development opportunities. Mark joined the team in 2012 and has held various project management and executive roles. These experiences provide a deep and direct development expertise across many asset classes. 

Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Ryan Dennison

Ryan Dennison

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Ryan is responsible for overseeing internal and external reporting, managing banking and lending relationships along with the debt portfolio, collaborating with investors on new projects, and assisting with strategic initiatives and organizational structure. Prior to joining NorthPoint Development, Ryan served for ten years as SVP Capital Markets and Investor Relations for American Campus Communities, the largest owner, manager and developer of high-quality student housing communities in the United States, where he assisted with the company’s successful $13 billion sale to Blackstone in 2022. During his tenure at ACC, Ryan was responsible for development and implementation of capital market strategies, managing bank group relationships, sourcing capital for growth activities, serving as a primary point of contact with equity and fixed income investors and research analysts, and managing investor communications. He joined ACC in April 2013 as vice president of investor relations and in 2014 increased his responsibilities to include corporate finance and capital markets. Previously, Ryan served as the corporate treasurer and director of financial planning and analysis at Thermon Group, Inc. where he assisted with the company’s successful initial public offering in 2011. Ryan began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP in Austin, Texas where he served in increasing capacities from 2000 until 2010, focusing his efforts auditing public companies. Ryan is a licensed CPA and also enjoys participating in charitable activities, serving as a committee member of Young Life and previously serving as a Board member of the Center for Child Protection.

Brent Miles

Founding Partner / Chief Marketing Officer

With over 19 years of real estate and economic development experience, Brent is responsible for all leasing and requests for proposals for our expanding industrial portfolio. In addition, Brent also serves as head of incentive and taxation, incentive offers and approvals, and government relations. 

Brent earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Affairs and his Master’s Degree in Public Policy.

Larry Lapinski

Partner / Chief Development Officer

With 23 years of consulting experience in various market sectors, including industrial, office, senior living, and retail, Larry is responsible for overseeing various projects from entitlement through construction. His civil engineering background and national experience help ensure project efficiency.

Jed Momot

Jed Momot

Partner / Chief Strategy Officer

With over 15 years of development and construction experience, Jed is responsible for industrial sourcing opportunities and strategic initiatives. These initiatives include speculative industrial development, pursuing build-to-suit opportunities, and brownfield redevelopment. 

Jed has gained a broad range of experience across various asset classes, including industrial, retail, multi-family, senior living, and government. Jed earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Ben currently leads one of the newest companies, WarehouseQuote. Before WarehouseQuote, Ben worked to deploy $500,000,000 of total capital in strategically located self storage sites across more than 15 markets.

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Jenna is responsible for overseeing strategic operations for NorthPoint Development. A member of the team since 2013, Jenna has served as an operations director focusing on building cohesive teams and increasing value for both new construction and stabilized assets.

As our Leadership Coach and EOS Facilitator, Jenna partners with our leadership teams as they develop and implement annual plans, creates, and leads workshops to support our teams’ personal and professional development, and works one-on-one with team members who want to dig deeper into becoming the leaders they’re meant to be. Jenna says she “loves sitting alongside leaders as they imagine the immense possibilities in their businesses and helping them get clear on the steps to make those dreams a reality.”

Habitat for Humanity | Team Build Project

Our Mid-Atlantic team partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help a single mother of two revitalize their home. Through the Team Build project, they helped build a new deck, install door frames, and crown molding, and put in new flooring and windows. Members of the team said they were proud to partner with an organization that is helping families like this, and they look forward to future Team Build opportunities with Habitat for Humanity.
