Since establishing the firm in 2012, he has driven the strategic capital relationships that have successfully raised more than $19.1 billion for real estate and infrastructure investments.
Under his leadership, NorthPoint has built a diversified, multi-class
national portfolio that today manages $20.9 billion in assets. This
includes 159.7 million square feet of Class-A industrial space, over
6,800 multi-family units, and a rapidly expanding digital infrastructure
and data center footprint.
With over 25 years of industrial engineering and constructionexperience, Chad leads the general oversight and national expansionof the firm’s development, brownfield redevelopment, and design-buildindustrial operations.
Under his direction, NorthPoint has grown to manage $20.9 billion inassets, encompassing a nationwide industrial portfolio of 159.7 millionsquare feet, a rapidly expanding digital infrastructure and data centerfootprint, and over 6,800 multi-family units. While cultivating an award-winning organizational culture, Chad also actively supports thecompany’s charitable engagements and the NorthPoint Foundation’smission to enrich children’s lives.
Prior to co-founding NorthPoint in 2012, Chad served as the RegionalDirector of ARCO National Construction and an Industrial SystemsEngineer at GE.
With over 24 years of asset management, business development, andoperations experience, Kelly provides the leadership, management,and vision necessary to ensure NorthPoint has effective operationalcontrols, administrative reporting, and top-tier talent.
Kelly is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor(CAPS) designate through the National Apartment Association and aLyceum Program graduate. She actively serves on the Board ofDirectors, having served as the past president and co-chair of theDiversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee for the Apartment Associationof Kansas City. In alignment with NorthPoint’s core values, Kelly isdedicated to cultivating an inclusive, supportive workplace culture thatputs people first.
As Chief Investment Officer, Mark oversees NorthPoint Development’sinvestment activity and capital allocation, managing $20.9 billion in assetsunder management.
Most recently, Mark spearheaded the successful closing of Fund VII,capitalizing on what he identifies as a generational buying opportunity in theindustrial real estate sector. This disciplined investment strategy solvesfor superior risk-adjusted returns for our partners while maintaining rigorousfinancial safety margins.
Mark joined the team in 2012 and has held various project management andexecutive roles, providing him with deep, hands-ondevelopment expertise across multiple real estate asset classes. He plays apivotal role in developing and structuring capital relationships that support thefirm’s growth and capital-raising initiatives. Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degreein Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
With over 21 years of real estate and economic developmentexperience, Brent serves as head of incentive and taxation, managingincentive offers, approvals, and corporate government relations.
Alongside his direction on the firms national marketing, public relations,and corporate communications strategies, Brent is responsible for allleasing activities and requests for proposals (RFPs) for NorthPoint’sexpanding nationwide industrial portfolio.
Brent earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Affairs and his Master’sDegree in Public Policy, leveraging his public-policy background to buildstrong community partnerships that go beyond the contract.
With over 25 years of consulting experience across diverse marketsectors, including industrial, office, senior living, and retail, Larry isresponsible for overseeing NorthPoint’s nationwide projects fromentitlement through final construction. His background in civilengineering combined with extensive national experience ensuresproject efficiency, technical excellence, and the successful delivery of Class-A assets.
With over 17 years of development and construction experience, Jeddirects industrial sourcing opportunities and strategic growth initiativesfor NorthPoint Development. His strategic focus includes speculativeindustrial development, build-to-suit opportunities, complex brownfieldredevelopments, and the firm’s expanding digital infrastructure and datacenter footprint.
Throughout his career, Jed has built a broad range of expertise acrossdiverse asset classes, including industrial, retail, multi-family, seniorliving, and public-sector developments. Jed earned his Bachelor’sDegree in Architectural Engineering from the Missouri University ofScience and Technology, leveraging his technical background to driveNorthPoint’s most complex and forward-looking strategicdevelopments.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy leads NorthPoint’s accounting,tax, and financial reporting operations. Since 2015, he hassupported rapid scaling, previously directing the financialunderwriting and placement of billions in debt. Jeremy alsomanages capital and treasury strategies while stewarding criticalbanking, lending, and investor relationships.
Jeremy is a CPA and Certified Construction Industry FinancialProfessional (CCIFP). He earned both his Bachelor’s and a Master’sdegree in Accountancy from Missouri State University.
Evan directs all legal operations, risk management, and corporategovernance for NorthPoint Development and its network of elevenaffiliate companies. He serves as a trusted advisor to the executiveleadership team, guiding the firm’s strategic legal decisions asNorthPoint continues to expand its national footprint and digitalinfrastructure capabilities.
Since joining the firm, his legal leadership has facilitated the successfuldeployment of capital and structuring of transactions that have grownthe firm’s portfolio to $20.9 billion in assets under management. Evanhas successfully built and led a high-performing corporate legaldepartment capable of navigating the complex landscapes of multi-jurisdictional entitlements, zoning, local and state tax incentives, jointventures, and capital-raising compliance.
Andrew Griesemer is a Partner and Vice President at NorthPoint Development, where he plays a key role in evaluating and executing real estate investment strategies. He has been with NorthPoint since 2018, having previously held roles across the organization in development, project management, technology and investments. Andrew is also the Portfolio Manager for NorthPoint Industrial Fund VI.
Andrew earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and his MBA from Northwestern Kellogg.
Ben leads and directs the strategic expansion of NorthPoint Development’s rapidly growing data center and digital infrastructure footprint. In this role, he oversees the entire lifecycle of data center development, from identifying and securing high-demand, diverse “powered land” sites to collaborating with utilities, coordinating power capacity scaling, and delivering robust, state-of-the-art facilities for leading technology clients nationwide.
Ben transitioned into this corporate leadership role after successfully serving as Partner and Chief Executive Officer of WarehouseQuote, a technology-forward supply chain and logistics affiliate within the NorthPoint Family of Companies. Under his leadership, WarehouseQuote scaled its operations and solidified its reputation as an industry innovator.
He brings this extensive capital deployment, operational leadership, and technical real estate expertise to the helm of NorthPoint’s digital infrastructure division, ensuring the firm remains at the cutting edge of technological and industrial development.
As Executive Vice President of Accounting & Finance Operations, Katelyn is responsible for overseeing the strategic finance and accounting operations of NorthPoint Development. Her expertise lies in promoting efficiency and innovation through open communication and collective problem solving, leading to more effective teams and strong financial performance. Prior to this role, Katelyn has held various roles across asset classes and business units gaining invaluable experience to lead strategic initiatives across teams. Prior to NorthPoint, Katelyn gained experience in the audit sector at Ernst & Young and earned both a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Accounting from Missouri State University.
