MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO – April 2, 2026 – NorthPoint Development, a leading national real estate development firm, announced the official groundbreaking of 364 Logistics Center, a new speculative industrial development located in Maryland Heights, a key submarket of St. Louis. The project promises to bring state-of-the-art logistics and industrial space to a region with high demand for modern facilities. Kadean Construction is partnering with NorthPoint Development as the project’s general contractor.
364 Logistics Center is strategically positioned with exceptional access to major transportation corridors, including Interstate 270, Interstate 70, Highway 364, and Highway 141, offering tenants superior connectivity and distribution capabilities across the Midwest.
