Furniture Mall of Kansas will open in old Benchmark Building

NorthPoint Development is selling the building. Early this year, NorthPoint bought the 160,000-square-foot building and a 240,000-square-foot building that were previously part of the 700,000-square-foot Benchmark Home Furnishings Complex. Another building in the complex was sold in 2006 to Ingersoll-Rand Co. Ltd.
