A Kansas City developer is proposing a $50 million warehouse and subassembly facility linked to the General Motors plant in Wentzville.
NorthPoint Development LLC is working with the city on a tax incentive agreement for the 1.3-million-square-foot development, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Officials told the newspaper that the facility, which could be up and running as soon as December, could create as many as 800 jobs.
