NorthPoint Development has signed a specialty grocer that will occupy a pad site at The Village at Burlington Creek, its mixed-use development on Missouri Highway 45, just west of Interstate 29 in the Northland.
The grocer, which hasn’t yet been identified, will occupy 28,000 square feet and will open early next year
