Gov. Jay Nixon traveled to Riverside on Wednesday morning to hail Premium Waters Inc.’s $36 million manufacturing expansion.
A groundbreaking ceremony took place in Riverside, where Premium Waters will start work on a 160,000-square-foot expansion of a private-label bottled water manufacturing and distribution facility.
