NorthPoint Development finds its bearings quickly with projects, investors

In its first nine months, Nathaniel Hagedorn and his NorthPoint Development raised more than $65 million to finance its projects.

Those projects include the Riverside Horizons business park, one of the most active development sites in the Northland, and a foray across the state line to develop apartments in Wyandotte County.

NorthPoint didn’t spring up from nothing. Hagedorn made a name for himself working with Charles Garney, CEO of Briarcliff Development Co. The two partnered to form Briarcliff Realty Co., which landed management of the 900-acre Riverside Horizons business park and bought the Tuileries Plaza mixed-use development, now called Village at Burlington Creek (Visit our website)….
