“TOLEDO, Ohio — Economic development continues for the City of Toledo following Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz’s announcement Thursday morning.
The city is selling the old North Towne Square Mall site to NorthPoint Development to build an industrial complex on the site.
This makes the 11th redeveloped site in the last few years which has created over 3,000 new jobs with over 600 acres. And this project will add to that,” said Brian Steinmetz with 24 News.
