Boosted by a 1.3-million-square-foot facility next to General Motors’ assembly plant in Wentzville, construction proposed or underway in St. Charles County tops 3.6 million square feet.
That’s according to a mid-year report released Wednesday by the Economic Development Center of St. Charles County.
NorthPoint Development LLC plans to build the warehouse and subassembly facility next to the GM plant.
