Leasing success spurs NorthPoint to add spec building in Riverside

NorthPoint Development continues to knock ’em out of the park at Riverside Horizons, the new 300-acre industrial park it is developing at Interstate 635 and Missouri 9 in Riverside.

The latest home run was the signing of two leases totaling more than 200,000 square feet within the last week, said Brent Miles, NorthPoint’s vice president of economic development.

The new tenants, who have not yet been identified, will fill up Northpoint’s first two speculative industrial buildings in the industrial park — 155,000-square-foot Horizons I and 170,000-square-foot Horizons II.

With PFG Vistar moving this week into 138,000 square feet of Horizons III, a 192,000-square-foot spec completed Friday, NorthPoint is now preparing to come out of the ground with Horizons IV.
