Job Duties: Manage team of software engineers and business analysts by directing daily duties to drive custom tool releases in a cloud SaaS environment. Recruit, interview, hire, fire, reprimand, handle performance review for direct reports. Manage scope, implementation, and enhancement of NorthPoint’s proprietary software handling data synthesis and development location mapping, working with external sources to enhance its utility and effectiveness in a cloud SaaS environment. Work with Executive Vice President of Operations on identifying department budget and providing high-level project status reports. Build strategies and goals for team, identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement. Meet with leadership to assess opportunities for technological advancement in all business units, identify and recommend new tools for process improvement based on cost/benefit analysis. Work with different stakeholders to determine minimal viable product for each project. Identify which projects take priority, and drive their completion. Implement Agile methodology’s rituals and best practices and guide the team members to get the most out of the Agile way. Minimum Education
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in business administration, economics, or related field. Minimum Experience Requirement: 3 years’ experience conducting data analysis in a cloud SaaS environment. Hybrid Work Available: May work remotely from home two times per week
