Rosemont, IL (May 15, 2025) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded NorthPoint Development’s Manchester Commerce Center – Buildings 2 in Manchester, PA. The speculative industrial facility is 1,126,482 square feet, with a 40’ clear height, 112 overhead doors, 4 drive-in doors, 220 trailer stalls and 759 parking stalls, as well as will feature a 1500’ long retaining wall that varies up to 50’ in height. The project is expected to be completed in Q1 2026. Peak is teamed with studioNorth Architecture and SitePoint, civil engineer.
